You’ll follow the programme in-person with your Coach for 6 weeks and then continue the 2nd Phase of the programme for a further 6 weeks in the comfort of your own home via our ONLINE PORTAL. You Coach will still be guiding your but you have the convenience of not needing to leave home and continue your journey to awesome Pelvic Health!
