I love to exercise, be it in the gym, outside running or biking, taking the dog for a walk. I want my enthusiasm for exercise to rub off on you, so you can achieve those health and fitness goals you have always wanted.
Exercising can be fun. My sessions don't involve sitting on machines in gyms. In fact you don't even need to be a member of a gym to do a good workout. Minimal equipment can be used to get great results in your home, garden or local park.
A passion of mine is helping mum's get back into shape, help restore their cores, and exercises that are suited to women and their bodies.
My background is training as an international athlete in the sport of modern pentathlon. Since retiring from international sport I have qualified as a personal trainer and sport massage therapist. With my experience of training in five different sports I can show you the best and most functional ways to achieve the best results.
I still like to challenge myself so I now compete in adventure racing and mountain bike events in my spare time. I have entered an event called Jorberg2c which is 9 day mountain bike stage race, happening next April - follow my training progress on my facebook page.
