I have a few 12 week programs you might like:

Women's 12 week program -

My 12 week online Women’s fitness for life program is designed to help you build a strong and resilient body that will last you a lifetime. It will be intense, but in the right way; I want to train women so that they feel amazing, but not so intensely that it causes more harm than good!!
You can expect to work hard, have fun, laugh a little, lie down, breathe thoughtfully, and feel brilliant! It’s the ultimate all inclusive workout and I’d love for you to join me!
This program can be beneficial for women of all ages.

It progresses through the weeks to some intense sessions by the end.

Every week you get:

  • A 20 minute session.
  • A 15 minute session from me in video format for you to follow
  • A 9 minute core session
  • Nutrition guidance advice
  • recipes each week
  • you will need a little bit of equipment as we work through the weeks – bands, dumbbells

For £10 for 12 weeks you get accountability and I will guide you through the program each week.
